All first time drivers in the State of Florida are required to take the Drug Alcohol Traffic Awareness (DATA) course before applying for their license.

If you have a Florida Driver’s license OR you received a ticket in Florida, then the 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI & TCAC) course is for you!

If the court or a judge has ordered you to take a traffic class, then the Florida 8 Hour Judge Ordered course is for you!

Drivers who have been court-ordered or who have a suspended or revoked license may complete this twelve-hour Florida traffic school course in order to reinstate their license.

If you have a Florida Driver’s License and are 55 years of age or older*, you are now eligible to complete a motor vehicle accident prevention course that will allow you to receive a mandatory reduction on your insurance rate for three years.
